Because creativity happens at the intersection of disciplines, we hire people who live in those intersections. We hire hybrids.
Hybrids are people with deep talent in multiple domains. They love to juxtapose and crossbreed ideas. They do not fit standard job descriptions. Nor do they want to. Nor do we want them to. That is why we have cultivated Collins to be a paradise for their plurality. We encourage their eclecticism.
If you’re a hybrid who can bring something extra to these roles, we’d love to hear from you.
